Hello there!
I’m Caitlyn, a Chronic Disease Health Coach dedicated to supporting women navigating life with long-term health conditions.
I’ve lived with a facial arteriovenous malformation (AVM) and celiac disease for as long as I can remember. Surgeries, complications, uncertainty and anxiety have all been part of my story. But so has resilience, perspective, and a deep commitment to living well, even alongside chronic illness.
I believe it’s possible to build a life that feels full, meaningful, and empowered - not defined by a diagnosis.
What does living well look like for you?
I’m an HCANZA-Accredited Health & Wellness Coach, with a Bachelor of Public Health (Monash University, 2022) and a Certificate in Mental Health. I work in community health and complex care, supporting people living with chronic conditions through some of the most challenging and uncertain seasons of their health journeys. I understand how overwhelming the health system can feel and I’m here to help make it clearer, less stressful, and aligned with what truly matters to you.
Growing up with multiple surgeries, scans, anxiety, and ongoing health challenges meant I often felt different. Over time, that lived experience became my strength. It allows me to meet you with both professional knowledge and genuine understanding.
My approach blends evidence-informed coaching with compassion, accountability, and small, sustainable steps. Together, we’ll reframe challenges into strengths, gently challenge limiting beliefs, and create a life that feels full - not defined by your condition.
