​Welcome to Activate Health Coaching. By booking or participating in a coaching service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Offered
Activate Health Coaching provides online health and wellness coaching tailored to individuals living with chronic conditions. Coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment or advice.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking unless a payment plan is arranged.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

A receipt will be issued after successful payment.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24+ hours’ notice.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

No refunds will be given after the package has commenced.

If extenuating circumstances arise, we may offer flexibility at our discretion.

4. Privacy
All personal information shared is treated as confidential. Your data is securely stored and never shared without your consent, except where legally required. For full privacy policy details, please contact us.
